Motorhomes - I always try to read the Make/Model
Every Motorhome I pass heading the other way on the highway turns into a little puzzle of trying to read the badging, etc. Anyone else try to figure it out?

I actually am paying too much attention on driving to determine the
model or make of a passing motorhome. I do notice them over there, but
just try not to distract myself too much. Guess I'm just getting old....

I'm waving at them ... trying to see if they wave back. Don't really notice the make/model of the MH unless there is something REALLY distinctive about it. \ken

I do the same thing but I usually don't get much further than no front grill a DP and grill a Gas model. Between the swirls and small lettering unless it matches my unit or something I recently read about in FMCA or Motor Home Magazines I usually don't have a clue.

About the only chance we get is when they go blowing by us. Sometimes get to see the same one two or three times in a day.

I always check them out. Don't mean to brag, but most of the time I can ID the coach. I'm a bit of an RV geek and I always check out other coaches when we're in a RV park and I also look online to learn about the different models. A few years of this has made certain features instantly recognizable.
I'm retired and a full-timer so it's one of the things that I do.

I like to ID them too, from the co-pilot seat - not if I'm behind the wheel. I'm not as good a Mike, but I can spot a Bounder, no matter what year, coming at me on a straightaway a quarter mile away.

I do it too. Its mostly a man thing. I check out motor homes, motorcycles, boats and pick-up trucks. On the other hand the DW never even sees one pass by.

I love to try and idea them too, if I cannot tell what MH they are I look later on the computer and try. I hope some day to tell at a glance what they are,the make and around the year built.

I always try to id them, too, but with just a glance I don't figure them out. I've learned that the badging is pretty obscure on most of them....can't read a lot of them unless I'm within 10-20 feet!

Haha yes I do this too. But not just motorhomes. Cars, trucks, buses, army convoys.

I looked for our coach for so long that I pretty much know most of them and can usually figure out what they are before seeing the badging. Haha
