Multiplex switches in a 2007 Beaver Marquis

Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to keep the backlight on the switches active all the time. Instead of them turning off after 1 min or so. Would make things a little easier at night when a person gets up.

On one of my switch pads, there is one labeled "backlighting". Check all your pads
For wording similar to that.
