Thanks buckstand! Before you apply the Wet-Look, scrub the surface with the BKF. Then give it a good wash with the Awesome. The BKF will get rid of any surface oxidation. The Awesome will remove any residual BKF and not apply a surfactant to the surface. If you don't clean the surface good before the Wet-Look, it will get sealed under it.

Do you Have a pressure washer, get a couple of bottles of fantastic start from the bottom spray it on let it soak get a good scrub brush like from a marine supplier scrub a little and then hit it with pressure washer.do small area at a time then wax it..

Might try using LA's Totally Awesome found at dollar tree... spray it on, wipe with dry rag, then rinse immediately after.

The black marks are algae . the same stuff you find on north facing roofs all over the country. Bleach kills the algae/mold which grows in the cracks and pours of the fiberglass just like it does on boats and roofs. Ever see a white boat parked for years turn black. algae/MOLD that it.

I just used bleach, NAPA car and truck wash powder and Dawn and pressure sprayer. Once clean I used Pledge floor was to seal the pours. Never had the black back. Also shines nice too. I tried the DEP but did not care for the product as much as Pledge clear.
