It might be a slide lock to stop a slide from opening while in motion. Eddie Elk.

This is a guess!!! Could it be a cheater bar to help lock the slide locking mechanism? I have the automatic slide locks...so I'm not sure if it's what I'm thinking.

I'll go looking again (as I threw one away that came with the latest coach), but I believe I figured out it was associated with a rock guard or a toad protector.
Nope- It's a towbar release tool.

It's used on a Roadmaster Falcon 2 hitch to press the unlock pins.

Mystery tool
That is a very rare, left-handed Zichtenschvawbee. It is used when operating the LaJoodis Valve in manual mode. The Zichtenschvawbee is inserted into the Fenobble Pin, being careful not to disturb the Turbo Encabulator. Once engaged, it is moved in a reverse sinusoidal motion, thus causing the Skeemer Fopnee to actuate, opening the LaJoodis Valve.
And then the horn blows... [emoji4]

You guys are full of crap!
It's obviously a rinkback camshaw that is used to adjust the dual-tandem aggabreeders. What I don't see is the skyhook that goes with it.
That's one expensive tool. Be careful so somebody will 5 finger discount it.

Quit trying to confuse and aggravate the OP and everyone else here! Anyone who knows anything knows that is a tightener for a muffler belt.

This guy gets the cigar.
The tool is used on the old style Roadmaster tow bars to push down the pins on the tow bar that keep the bar extended
