National Steering Wheel

Good morning.
1. The steering wheel on my ‘03 NRV Tradewind is off center clockwise approx 25 degrees.
2. The center disc, which operates the elecric ‘city’ and ‘highway’ air horns frequently doesnt activate the air sufficiently - hi pitched squeal, rather than two tones from trumpets.
Guidance on correct method remove reinstall steering wheel hub appreciated.
Gary

If your steering wheel is off that far, I would have the front end alignment checked first. There is a reason why the wheel is no longer centered. Just re-centering the wheel on the hub could be treating the symptom and ignoring the disease.

And there might be a master spline that will only allow the wheel to be installed one way.....
