These are very sturdy built coaches. Things to look for on an 2005 would be tires and batteries, Aqua Hot operation, service records for motor and transmission, dated electronics, if it has a residential fridge or the dreaded Notsocold. Look for leaks in the hydraulic hoses for the slide outs, condition of the slide out toppers, fogging of the glass in any side windows. Basically wear and tear items in relation to these coaches. If it is in good condition and all systems working properly these coaches are so well built that they are worth putting money into as time goes on. Definitely a solid investment if you are serious about RVing. Build quality on these is just like Prevost, Newell, Foretravel with the semi-monocoque steel structure. Very high dollar coach in its day and one of the glory years for Monaco as well. JMO Randy
