I am on my third mh in the last 12 years, always bought used from a dealer. Always got 30 or 60 day warranty from the dealer. If anything was wrong they looked after it. Never had a problem after the time was up. I can buy into the cost of normal maintenance, tires, batteries, oil changes etc. I had a furnace, slide, awning, roof repaired all less than $1200 for 12 years. To me spending $10.8k for four years is outrages. You can fix a lot of things for $2500 plus a year. Save your money buy AAA, that will get you a tow to a repair facility, at least if needed.
