Need Coolant tank on 94 Southwind 35p (f53)

Just got a 1994 Southwind 35P motorhome on F53 chassis
The other day I tried to check the coolant & when I tried to put the cap back on the whole side broke out. This thing is so brittle if touch it a piece falls off. Fortunately the bottom is still intact & I duck taped it up till I can get one.
Now..... I have been checking on line & seems there are lots of places that have one for the F53, But it looks nothing like mine.
All I've seen have a combo coolant tank & washer tank & it just a complete different shape
So I'm assuming the tank must be a Southwind thing instead of a chassis item.
Mine is about 4"x5"x16" tall & the washer tank is totally separate
Anyone have any idea where I can get one for these ?

I would think any container would work. Its not under any kind of pressure.mind is in sad shape also I patched it up with water weld and tape. Just as long as you can put the hose back down to the bottom and be able to ad any necessary coolant.
