Need help ID bedroom slide mfg

I need help! Any one know this unit? I need the adjustment procedure, Im seeing a small crack on the outside wall below the slide and it looks like the slide is dipping at the end of travel.
I have a Power Gear owners manual and went to their website but did not find it there...Its a 2003 Damon 348 2 slides.
Thanks,
Richard

It looks like it could be Power Gear. There is a motor ID guide on their website that shows a drawing of a gearbox they call "tape measure style" that looks a lot like yours.

Thanks paz, power gears web site leaves alot to be desired..I see its a relay type as listed..I guess I will crawl under and grab a mirror to see if I can find some numbers, hard to do at 6'3" 265..maybe I can get the little woman to do it!

Not sure of the brand but there should be an electric brake, mine is on the opposite end of the motor from the gears, that locks the slide in. My slide would vibrate out about an inch driving down the road, the brake housing was broken and would not lock the slide. When I pulled the slide in and let off the switch, you could see the slide just settle back a fraction of an inch and as I bumped down the road it would move more.

They have changed the website since I was there last, and it seems a little harder to find things. It may not be bad if you know what system you have, but finding your system is the hard part.

The System Lookup doesn't help you much since it only goes back to 2005. We have a 2005 Tiffin that I know has 2 Power Gear slide units, but Tiffin isn't even listed. Go figure.

One thing you could try if all else fails is to go to the "Troubleshooting" page, select "All" under "select part type" and under "select document type." You will get a dump of everything that is available, and you will then be able to look at the documents that sound like they might apply to see if something there looks like what you have.

Good luck.
