need information Big Foot leveling system

We just purchased a georgie boy cruisemaster 2001 It has a automactic Big Foot leveling system.The are stuck down and alarm is sounding.I do not have a manual to see what we are doing wrong.If you can help thanks

Hello Robin and . We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences, Congratulations on your Georgie Boy. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
Make sure the battery voltage is good in the chassis battery. The parking brake should be set, the engine should be off. Turn the leveling system on and push the "retract all" button. If nothing happens, check the circuit breaker or fuse that feeds the pump motor. Quadra manufacturing is the parent company and you should be able to get manuals and tech support from them. Let us know what you find out.
