Need Input on AC power Issues 2001 Monaco Dynasty

INput appreciated, AC working when we left coach. On return (2hrs) it shut off. Lowered temp thinking it had reached the ambient setting but it would not restart. Voltage meter show 120 coming into coach air tries to restart but immediately shuts down again. Tried to start rear air, would not start, shut down power pole and started generator, AC tries to start but immediately shuts off. AC breakers not tripped.

I assume you have two Dometic Penquin AC units on the roof, since that is what I have on my 2001 Dynasty.
I know it sounds strange to have both the front and rear ac units going bad simultaneously, so here are a couple of suggestions that I would do if it were me.

1. Turn off the power to both ac units
2. Go up on the roof and remove the covers off each unit and make sure the fan shaft/blower wheel is able to spin freely. Keep in mind that if the motor is hot from operation, and the shaft bushings are worn that the shaft will likely have more resistance to rotation compared to rotating the shaft after the motor has had time to cool. While you are there, this would be a good time to apply a few drops of oil to the shaft bushings.
3. If the motor shaft turns freely then determine the capacitance value of the start capacitor and test it to make sure it is within specs. As you likely know, be sure to discharge any capacitor prior to touching the terminals as they can give you quite a jolt if they still have a electrical charge stored in them.

My suspicion is that one of two things outlined above is the culprit.

Hope this helps your troubleshooting efforts.

Hope you have a great weekend.
