Need salesman referral @ MHSRV

We're getting ready to call MHSRV in TX to get our coach ordered along with trading in our trailer. Can anyone with experience with a MHSRV salesman give us a referral to a good person to deal with?

Marjoa,

Have you tried selling your trailer? If they take yours in trade, you'll get much less for it plus it may place you at a disadvantage when negotiating you new coach pricing.

Congrats and good luck on your new coach order!

Hey John,

Why wouldn't you want to post his name in the wild? I'd think any salesperson would appreciate it if its a good referral.

We used Ted Eaton, well actually, we started with another salesman but by the time came for us to go pick up our RV he had left the company.

Ted's a nice guy and will treat you right.

Yeah we have considered that and now that you said that we probably will do it ourselves, it just seems like such a hassle. But you're probably right. I take real good good of my stuff and the last trailer I sold, the first person that answered the ad on CL showed up, loved it and paid cash. All done in one afternoon. This trailer is a lot bigger (23') and more money.

Thanks for your input.

Brandon Neal is who we used earlier this year. It goes with out saying, if you use him or who ever you choose, mention the referrer's name - I throw the referrer a dog bone or something like that. It may also help you too.

While we have not made a purchase, we have had many conversations with Justin, and so far he seems to be a good guy.

Think about 1/2 what you think your trailer is worth or less and that will be your trade value. Discount your sale price to a reasonable amount and you will be many dollars ahead, plus being in a cash bargaining position.
