Exclamation

Ok for the next guy

it will swivel with the bottom bolt loosened, it is just seated in there with a rubber boot and it takes a set I guess. I wiggled it from side to side and it broke free and swiveled on its own.

Once they are seated, they are very stuck. The dealer worked on my
arms for 30min. with 2 guy's using penetrating oil,cushening and a rubber
mallet. I thought they were going to break it,but then it broke loose.
