Bought a 05 Charleston Forest River with a 330 cat,cat genset,on a freightliner chassis.when i got it the rig did not come with any maintainence logs, and the manuals are limited. I am hoping someone can tell me the info i need to change filters, oil, lube points, etc.how many filters there are and approx. location.tips.ect.

I used to have an 05 Newmar on a Freightliner chassis with a Cat C7 330 HP and did all my own service.
You have one or two fuel filters, one is a 30 micron fuel filter / water separator and a 2 micron fuel filter by the engine. Or you only have one fuel
filter/ water separator which should be a 2 micron filter.
The total amount of engine oil is 19 quarts, this includes the oil filter.
Use 15W40 oil, like Shell Rotella T for Diesels!
You need to change the oil once a year or about every 11000 miles and chassis lube about every 5000.
To get all the info, call Freigtliner in Gaffney,SC. with your VIN number, they can help you. I think the number is 1-800-FTL HELP
A good place to get the maintenance service is the Freightliner factory service in Gaffney,SC or find a SPEEDCO service place, they do trucks and
motorhomes and do a good job.

Go to the Freightliner web page and choose motorhome XC chassis. Then search "know your chassis". You can download a diagram of all the lube points as well as a lot of info on maintanance.
