I am very happy with my BFGs. I had them put on last summer, they seem to ride better then the Good Years that were on the coach.

Are the light truck tires rated for that kind of load?
Just because a pickup truck tire will fit on the rims doesn't mean it will hold the weight...

It's a Load Range E tire, so it ought to be adequate for the Pace. Just make sure you are getting the same Load Range as the old tires.

I'm surprised that a 34 ft coach would use 16 inch tires. Are you sure about this size? I would expect a 22.5" tire, or perhaps a 19" tire.

What does you coach weigh? My OEM 9R22.5 tires were load range F, and I now have 265/75 R22.5s, load range G.

A lot of the older coaches (ours is a '92 34' HR) came with 16" wheels. I do agree that at least 19.5" would make more sense ......

The 16" tire has the same load range as the 19 inch and it is wider. So Ford used the 16's and GM the 19's. Ford said it gave a better ride.

I had a 1996 Southwind 36 footer with 16" tires. The diameter is not the important factor for load, but a bigger tire does run a bit cooler (less RPMs per mile).

Gas chassis coaches did not start to get larger diameter tires until around 2001, when Workhorse brought out the W series with larger wheels and a "diesel look".

I had a set of six Goodrich Commercial TA's on my GMC motor home a couple of years ago. I got them at Sam's Club. I was VERY happy with them. I had one ruined by a nail in the sideway, but no blowouts or other problems.
