Nevada Class B Drivers License Test

DH & I are looking into switching residency from South Dakota to Nevada in the near future. I understand that we will need a Class B drivers license with an Endorsement J to drive our 42ft coach and tow our F150. I also understand that to get this license we will need to take both a written and a driving test in our coach.

To help mentally prepare can anyone out there share what the tests will involve? Thanks very much in advance for all tips/advice.

WHY when SD offers lower insurance and registration costs.
Nice site to compare taxes in all 50 states

I live in Reno Nevada. Glad to hear you want to make our great State your home. We love it here. Go to this part of the Nevada DMV site. It's the study guide for the license.

If this link doesn't work just go the the main website

Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles Official Site - www.dmvnv.com

Select the drop down menu for "DRIVERS LICENSE" - "MORE INFO". You'll see the section that addresses RV licensing specifically.

I agree with Doggy Daddy.

We live in Nevada, but are moving into a motorhome (full time) this summer. Plan to become residents of South Dakota.
Of course we will no longer have a residence in Nevada and will basically be wondering around the USA
