New 19.5 Tires?

My 82 PA had a mix - match of tires Bridgestone's and Michelin's when I bought her.
I replaced all of them with Hankooks dates were 6 months old for around $1400.00 went with weights not beads. Put around 4,000 miles on them this past winter and love them.
I put them first on my 64 caddie 4 years ago same thing no problems yet. They ride wonderfully and are wearing just fine.
I put 4 Goodyear assurance on my 99 caddie and have over 100,000 miles and have replaced 2 and the other 2 still look great.
Personally I think its how they are taken care of. I rotated them every other LOF or 3,000 miles. Didn't hit any curbs but a few Potholes,( Minnesota roads).
I hope I have the same with the Hankooks.
