New and need help

Hi folks,

I just bought a 95 coachmen Santara 37ft. I bought it for 3k and didn't get a chance to check anything. I plugged it into shore power and it appears the refer doesn't work, slide out wont work, and basically I am second guessing myself and little overwhelmed. I am handy but I am finding broken wires and the electrical wiring worked on before. I haven't gotten the batteries in yet and haven't fired up the engine either.

My question is whats the best place for replacement windows. I have about 4 windows that were broken.

Anyone have a manual for this model?

Anyone have photos they could share of the electrical system?

Does the slide out pump need the auxiliary batteries to be installed for it to work?

Thanks in advance,

Curtis Corum

Looks like you really have your work cut out for you. If you haven't installed the batteries yet, that would explain some of the problems. You need them for refer operation. Most likely for the slides too

For windows you can try a RV salvage yard like:

Good luck getting it up and running.

Curtis, I'm very surprised a 1995 motorhome even has a slide out?

I think I would want to verify the engine and transmission are good before proceeding. If they check good, then start work on the other items.

Make a good fix it list with cost guestimates and prioritize it.
