I used refrigerator door latches from Dreambaby, available from Walmart online. About $7 per pair. Come with very sticky tape already in place. I placed them before the fridge was installed. Work great. On a Haier 10.1 fridge.

To secure the freezer doors I use 2 inch commercial velcro along the sides. On the fridge door a 1 inch velcro around door handles. The samsung is great unit and have made 6000 miles on this setup and doors have never opened even on rough curvy roads.
