The other consideration is that 50 amp is a bit of misnomer. When you have a 30 amp hookup you have a single 120v 30 amp service. With a 50 amp coach you actually have 2 120 volt legs at 50 amps each. This essentially gives you 100 amps of usable service.
The majority of campgrounds that we have stayed at do offer 50 amp service

I would venture to say that ALL coaches that are all electric come with Hydronic heating, other wise, they wouldn't be all electric. We bought ours off the lot so we didn't have a choice, but the only propane item on our coach is the two burner stove. I have a huge propane tank that will probably last for years between fill ups. I'm looking to replace the two burner with an induction unit and get rid of the propane tank and gain some great storage.
The reality is that the future will be all or almost all electric when it comes to RVing.

Our all electric option did not cost anything. It was in place of the propane. If you are paying 8,000 for it it seems like the dealer is playing with you.

Not necessarily. An All-Electric option usually includes an upgraded inverter (or multiple inverters) and more batteries. Which would cost more than the propane tank. Even assuming the cooktops are a wash. If the option didn't cost more on your coach, either you got shortchanged on inverter and batteries, or they were overcharging for the propane setup.

please go back and do your electricsl homework. This is dangerously wrong!
you avtually have one 20 and one 30 amp leg each giving you a total of 50 amps of available power. There is no way you can get 100 amps of 120VAC.

Very very wrong. 30 amp RV service is 30amps @ 120V. 50 amp RV service is 50 amps @ 240V, which is the equivalent of 100 amps @ 120V.

Yep, that is correct 50 amps on 2 separate circuits for a total of 100 amps.
30 amp service gives you 3600 watts of power
50 amp service gives you 12,000 watts of power.
Going from 30 to 50 amp service is a 333% increase in available wattage. Just a little bit more power😄😄

And then there was the one park we stayed at on a reservation, advertised 50 amp service. Their definition of that was one leg had 30 amp and the other had 20 so you did get 50 amps, just not the 100 a true RV 50 amp service denotes.

We went from a propane coach to an all electric coach with the Oasis system. I was really skeptical and asked the good folks here and got a lot of the replies that you did & the overwhelming response was more than positive. We couldn't be happier with our all electric coach.
When we're actually camping, I do a lot of cooking outside on charcoal with a DO or with the gas stove or grill. We've never been anywhere yet that doesn't have 50 amp but have the adapter for 30 amp just in case that's all we can get. The only real concern I have is with the fridge if we don't have hook ups but I'll just make sure we're staying in a place that allows generators. I won't not camp somewhere because of the lack of electricity (as long as there are times we can use the gen to charge the batts!).
I don't think you'd be disappointed if you did get the all electric coach.

Possibly, but that is what our options were. There was no option offered to change to all electric and additionally upgrade to more batteries and inverters. IMO the cost of a 40 gallon propane tank is not cheap. I expect a new 40 or 50 gallon tank would be in the 1500 - 2000 range.
Regardless, substituting electric for propane, adding batteries and adding a larger or additional inverter should not justify a $8,000 surcharge for all electric.

$8k does sound a bit steep. When we ordered our coach it was an $1100 up charge. That included a second pure sine-wave inverter and an additional 4 batteries (for a total of 8).
