New Front End Look
Thought some of you might be interested in seeing what I did to the front end of my coach....
It had the clear plastic (Diamond Shield type) covering the entire front... It was discolored underneath the clear coating and butt ugly...
I had the lower portion sprayed with spray-in bed liner material and absolutely love it....
Looks like a "bra" but it has a lifetime warranty and is zero maintenance free...

As I seem to meet every bug within a hundred miles as they hitch a ride on the front of my Class A, how is the spray in liner for washing? JH

Nice, clean look. We had a Rhino Shield in a past pick up truck. Easily hosed off & indestructible. If yours is a similar make, you'll not have any issues with rock chips there.

Hey it looks great! I did the same thing to my conversion van several years ago. I did the bumpers to match fiberglass bottom effects, (a little faded now in front but was exact match) and along bottom of body up to first body line in color of van. I used Line-X, tough as a rock and shines up good.

Great idea. It looks factory. Should really help on rock chips as well.

I've been seeing this more & more especially now that Rhino & LineX can color match. I saw a coach with the entire front done, and from a distance you couldn't tell because they color matched it so well. It must be great to be able to take a stiff brush to it to get bugs off.

Did they remove the old protective cover before they sprayed on the new? About how much was it? If you don't mind me asking....

No... They sprayed directly over it.... Really amazing what it looks like and I love zero maintenance....
The cost was only $600 and if you saw how they prepped the coach you'd agree it was a deal....

Great idea! You won't have to clean it now because it always looks dirty. Awesome.

Alpha99....
Obviously you didn't look closely OR you're glasses need cleaning because it's a nice shiny black coating that cleans easily... (Use the zoom feature on your phone... That'll let you get a real close-up look)

I have the Line X pro in my truck bed and it is shiny and very easy to clean. It is also very fade resistant. This product might be a good choice... Wipe it down with a damp cloth and it looks brand new.

I'd pay $600 in a heart-beat. There are no Rhino Liner dealers in Ohio that will color match. There are some Line X dealers. I talked to one on the phone that's about 1/2 hour from me. He will color match. I'm looking at getting just the front clip, headlights down finished which on my Dutch Star is two colors. He said bring it down for a estimate but we are probably looking at $3,000!!
