All the info is out now on the new Precept. Looks pretty awesome to me!

This is the "glossy" overview:

Interesting looking new product from Jayco. Is this being built in the same facility that builds their Entegra line? Can't wait to see and drive one. Right now there are only a few out on dealers lots and I don't see one on the West Coast.

I'm excited about the Precept too. Not sure where it's being built. Good news is that RV Direct is already selling it which should help to keep the pricing competitive.

Thought I saw some of these in Middlebury (Entegra plant) in the delivery lot about the beginning of may. Will be there again tomorrow and will check it out.

Were you able to find anything out when you were at the plant? Do you know if they have full body paint? I also wonder when the 29UL will be debuted. I would like to see what that floor plan looks like. Does the UL stand for ultralight? Thanks!

Don't know any of those other details, sorry, but they are being built at the Entegra plant in Middlebury on the class C line. This is the same building as the Entegra just a different production line.

I was taking an Entegra tour and saw several Precepts at the beginning stages of production. Also saw some in the delivery lot, so there is finished product shipping or ready to ship. Did not get to see the interior.

I asked an Entegra sales guy and he mentioned there is a second floor plan prototype that had been completed.

Sorry they are not better but I hopefully attached some photos.

Rob,

Thanks for sharing the photos. Jayco needs to put up a video tour of the new Precept. For some of us seeing one means a days drive or more.

Precept looks interesting. A lot of typical options come standard. I'm surprised at low price point for what they include. Do you suppose this is an introductory year price that will quickly rise over next few years?

Funny..all rip offs of the ACE concept…but they are leading the way…just a few years late. Nice appointments though…no bunk over…other than that…great looks and finishes!

I have mine. Our shake down trip of our 2015 35UN was uneventful except for driver errors.
