Florida Lemon Law for RV's does not apply to the "living facilities", only the automotive portion. After all parameters (shop time, non-repair, etc) have been met the law requires the manufacturer be notified in writing to effect the repairs..
"written notification must be sent to each manufacturer (not the dealer) which may provide warranty coverage of the defects. If the consumer is not certain which manufacturer's warranty covers the complaint, it is better to send the notification to all potentially responsible manufacturers."

Yup. Michigan here. We are getting our ducks in a row. We have about $25K on the table. We will go for attorney costs too.

15k in receipts? For what? Wasn't your rig under warranty?

I think we need to clarify one issue here before someone gets the wrong idea. As Hooligan noted in his post, Lemon Laws ONLY apply to the MOTORIZED portion of a motorhome, the chassis. They DO NOT apply to the rest of the motorhome, the living quarters portion. Also Lemon Laws only apply to motorhomes and not to 5th wheels, travel trailers, etc.

In most states (but not all) the specific vehicle lemon laws exclude motorhomes (usually based on GVWR) and non-motorized vehicles (trailers). But there are more general "lemon laws" such as the federal Magnuson-Moss Act that apply to pretty much all products and may give you legal grounds for action. There are also general civil law principles, e.g. "fitness and merchantability" that may apply if you buy a product that turns out to be unusable. Nothing simple, all stuff that generally requires an attorney and lots of upfront time & expense to work out.
