Fortunately my neighbor is a long time Rv'er, He has also owned a Beaver MH. So he is familiar with Monaco products. He said he would be happy to assist me in going over the MH. Of course one issue around here is location. Walla Walla is a bit isolated. It's already emotionally draining trying to do the right thing with this local MH. I just can't imagine shopping for my first one from a dealer/ Private party that's a thousand miles away.

Once my neighbor and I have looked it over and have taken it for a drive. I will listen to his opinion then go home and think it over, Then arrange for a shop to look at it. It's far to big a purchase to make a quick move.
