I accidentaly hit post and then I thought I edited post....

Question, since I am going to buy one BFG, I was wondering if the BFFs would be a better tire for the front vs. the firestone transforce ? I can buy two tires rather than one if it would be best, and have 2 new steer tires.

If it were me, I'd opt for two new steer tires.

That's probably the choice ill make. maybe the bfg will be a better steer tire than the firestone.

If you want, Sailun makes that size tire in a load range G. That Simpletire.com website says it is a trailer tire, however the official Sailun Tire website states it is an all-position tire. IMO it is a very dependable, long-running tire. I put 4 on my 5er and solved all my tire problems.

Update. I took the tire off (had to buy harbor freight electric impact and sockets) and took tire to discount tire, they demounted , patched, and balanced it for FREE. great guys.

Now I'm at KOA savanna south, on way to Orlando.
