New to me 03 Holiday Rambler - is there an HR owner's forum?

We just got an 03 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38PST, 35K miles -- having sold our previous 03 Gulfstream SunVoyager in order to go diesel pusher.

I'm working through all the systems, changing oils and filters and doing the usual small repairs (including original shocks) necessary for a coach sitting a year or so (I'm guessing).

Is there a Holiday Rambler owner's forum, or does HR fall under Monaco Owners?

Also, does anyone know the type of chassis? Is it Freightliner?

Thanks.

Since most of the newer (last 15? 20? years) Holiday Rambler coaches are identical to their Monaco twins except for some trim, there aren't separate forums.
You Endeavour (like mine) is on a Roadmaster RR8R chassis.
Made by Roadmaster, at the time a wholly owned subsidiary of Monaco coach.
Just about anything said about the Monaco Diplomat or Beaver Santiam from the same time period also applies to our coaches (all 3 rolled off the same line in Indiana, distinguished only by trim and optional vs std. equipment).

Endeavor...

Not a DP but I have a 36 ft V10 powered unit...we bought it this fall and so far love it...

Same thing for me...shocks...installed new gasket materials at the seam...just did a DVD and TV antenna upgrade...new mud flaps and new stainless arms for them...spring time I will be painting all the metal edges for the lower doors next to the gasket...did have some scratches redone..

All fluids were done as well as rear end and trans..

Enjoy your new RV...now is the time to make it ready for the spring..its only like 90 days away.

Here is the original brochure:

http://www.holidayrambler.com/Static...03endeavor.pdf

There is a very active HR owners club. They are the " Rambling Pushers" and the club goes by "419". There is also a yahoo group called "Monacoers" who are open to all Monaco brands. They have over 4000 members and pretty much can help with anything.

Whew. What a response. Thanks to all. Great info. We're ready to jump in the deep end and start "living," Fiscal Cliff or not.

You can look on the Yahoo Groups. They have a couple of groups one is "Monacoers" and there is another Monaco group I can't remember. I am not sure but I believe I saw some Holiday Rambler group(s) too. Just go there and do a search. Some require joining (no charge) and some don't.
Good luck and safe travels!
