New to RVing. 1995 Gulfstream Tourmaster value seems low.

We are looking to buy our first rig and while we started looking at much smaller units like Trek we have opened our criteria after looking at some of the larger coaches and seeing how beautiful they are. We are sort of rushing this decision as we have a road trip planned very shortly but we have come across a 1995 Tourmaster side isle without a slide that looks to be in great shape. Newer tires and all the maintenance logged. 122,500 miles which could worry some but its a diesel... Asking price is $20,000 and we should end up just south of that.
In doing my due diligence I am noticing that these Tourmasters seem to have less value than other diesels from the era. They look beautiful, big Cummins engine and I have not seen an inordinate amount of complaints but maybe I am just not looking in the right places. NADA has value at $15,000-18,000 which is below other mid nineties pushers. I just found a DEALER that has one listed at $21000 and PPL's only comparable 95 with a SLIDE sold for $20000 earlier this year.
Am I way off valuing this model at under $20,000? That seems way low compared to other brands. I know, if we like it the price should be close but that is the issue. We do not know if we will like it and risking a money pit or not being able to recoup our money if we decide to sell it in a couple months makes me want to buy it right!

Thank you for your insight,

We started with a no slide gulfstream friendship and although it was a beautiful coach we soon regretted not having at least one slide. Also no slide coaches are very hard to
sell, the dealers will not trade them for anything resembling a fair price.

That's th right ball park price, but the actual value will depend solely on condition.

Older pushers without slides don't command a high price, and Gulfstream does not seem to be popular with buyers. The old Tourmasters were high-line coaches in their day, though.

If it is well-kept, it could be a nice rig for you, but I predict you will be shopping for a coach with slides after a year or two.
