New to us !

Hi all,

We just traded up from our 201q 33 Sunseeker to a 35b Excursion DP... it’s our first Class A and DP. Any advice would be appreciated!

Welcome to the world of diesel pushers.

Advice ; Don't put gasoline in the fuel tank .

As with any RV , check to see that you have ALL the owners manuals , appliances , chassis, engine and coach.
Go through every compartment , and find every fuse , relay and flasher .
You'd be shocked by the number of posts about people who can't find flashers , ( signal and emergency ) when they've quit working, much easier to locate when they still make noise.

When you do find , fuses etc. MAKE NOTES, do not trust important ; need to know info to memory.

Make sure all fluids have been replaced recently if not of it you don't know replace them.
Check tires for manufacture date and if outdated (greater than 7 years) replace them regardless of wear.
Good luck and enjoy the adventure.

Brakes, suspension, and steering components need looked at when they are under the rig. Battery check via amp draw for all, might be worth while if you are heading out soon.

Enjoy and have fun
