Newbie problem

I plugged the 50 amp into a 30 amp reducer and it sat all night. Started with 1/3 battery this morning it shows 0 battery??? Did I forget to do something? 2014 Thor hurricane 34j

Have you used this in the past ? Did it work ok? Could be bad adapter,cord,inverter charger,converter charger,tripped breaker. Would start checking voltage at pedestal and work way forward. hope this helps some dave

make sure battery switch in coach is on. also i would of started generator till u had more than 1/3 battery. check water level in battery's

I see you have a 2014 so I assume you have some type of monitor that lets you know if your getting 30 amps to the coach. I had a problem on my previous coach where I didn't plug in all the way on the motor home pushed it in firm and problem solved.
Also I would check the battery switch as previously mentioned. My inverter also went bad one time and was not charging the house batteries. Even though I was plugged in it still came through the inverter. Good luck

Your the winner. I did not have the plug in all the way
. All is working fine now.
