They make an adaptor to plug in to 30 amp service. You will be limited to 30 amps overall, instead of the 50 X 2 that 50 amp supplies.
1 AC at a time, maybe flip off the AC, when microwaving.
If you have a inverter/charger that can be adjusted for lower AC amp input, you may need to set that to 5 ot 10 amps.
If your fridge and hot water can run on gas, that will save some amps too.
Be conservative and you will be fine.
