I got to drive a 2016 Nemar Mountain Aire Model 4369 for over 600 mile.
It had the Comfort Ease steering and steerable tag axle.
SWEET!!!!!

My son took delivery of his 2016 Mountain Aire in Sept. It has been back at the factory for two weeks for many issues that were either wrong or not working. But, in between the problems, he did say it drove nice.

I love my Comfort Drive. I drove through some windy conditions this past week and didn't realize it until I arrived at my destination and opened the door.

Here's some testimonials:

He didn't share the whole list with me. The new slide out floor is not level and he learned that other units have the same problem. The cabinets were not installed correctly and were crooked. The counter tops lean back to the wall, so if you spill something, it will go to the back of the counter. The heated floor stopped working. He had to replace the fresh water tank himself because Newmar released the coach with a repaired water tank that leaked. Not sure about the others. He wasn't too happy about the number of problems, but was hopeful everything would be corrected when he picks it up tomorrow. .

The Comfort Drive is a great. When parking you can turn the wheel with one finger.
On the highway there is a adjustment knob for how much feed back you want.
