Your Canyon Star needs to have the battery cut off switch on for the batteries to charge.
This is what your
B.I.M. looks like 1/2 way down page and you may have the same problem as this member had
read this link and see if the chassis battery cable is in the correct post on BIM. You will have to trace the positive cable from battery to BIM, as he said the two battery cables were reversed feeding into the BIM the chassis battery cable and the house battery cable, this problem has been going on for the pass two or more years.
