Newmar and Winnebagp

Just saw in todays paper that winnebago is going to buy Newmar, and operate it as an independent division (Winnebago operates from a location just a few miles from my house...). As i have been strongly considering buying a Mountain Aire, i am wondering what this groups experience has been with the effects on quality of such mergers. They ate both touting this as a good thing. What say all of you?
