Exclamation not to worry

My biggest concern is if the RV industry collapses. Then replacement parts could simply not be available??? That would be horrible.
Well the good news is they order all there stuff from manufacturers that will never go out of business ( except for maybe NorCold) so you will always be ok

The AC that seems to be very noisy is the new Penguin II. I've read too many posts complaining about this issue.

There are issues with many OEMs. Look what's been going on with the many recalls on the Norcold 1200s...I think it's 5 now.

Every new MH will have some problems. Some more than others. A great dealer and a tenacious owner will solve them. MHs are very complicated. Hang in there and things will get fixed and life will be awesome.

Well it has been 5 months since my last post and your right, both the dealer and I kept after the issues and I must say with the exception of the noisy roof air all other issues have been resolved. My wife and I have been on the road since mid May and all is going well. I am now up to my 7th bedroom air replacement. Although out of the general coach warranty Newmar continues to work with me on getting this issue resolved. Perhaps I have a structural weld that has broke in that area that adds to the vibration issue, I must say that the air conditioners cool great we were in Phoenix 116 degrees and were quite comfortable inside. When I get this air conditioner vibration issue resolved (notice I didn't say if) I will post the solution. I have a question for forum members, has anyone ever used vibration dampening Visio elastic solution on anything in their motorhome.

The compressors come with rubber mounts ; I have been on the roof and looked at both mine and the compressors vibrate badly. I'm on the 3rd one in the front on a 2011 serrano.

All 4 MH's I have had since 1995 came with Dometic air conditioners. The first 3 MH's were quite acceptable as far as their air conditioners were concerned, (low noise, vibration and good cooling). So I have an expectation of performance from Dometic that they themselves have established. It seems that their new air conditioner design literally renders my motorhome not usable for the main reason it was purchased i.e. a comfortable home away from home. In order to sleep at night I must sweat to get some sleep because of the noise and vibration. For this I spent over $150,00.00. It seems that a class action suite might be in order, however, it seems to only benefit attorneys with little benefit for those participating. Perhaps there is an attorney on this forum with some ideas. I know this may seem to ratchet things up a bit but I worked hard and long to be able to retire with some comfort in my home away from home. What we are expected to accept from these manufactures appears to be ridiculous.
