NIRVC Phoenix
National Indoor RV Center (Phoenix) deserves high marks for integrity, customer service and for standing behind the products they sell.
My wife and I purchased a 2013 Newmar Ventana from NIRVC in February. We spent several days at the dealership going through the delivery and familiarization process. Due to the cold weather we had to use the Oasis heating system. Unfortunately a major problem was discovered, a problem that was missed by the 3rd party inspector (arranged through Wholesale Warranties). Apparently due to corrosion, all of the system components were leaking.
Because the system failure was deemed to be a maintenance related issue, Wholesale Warranties would not cover any of the repair costs. Yikes! So much for the inspection and protection we thought we had purchased.
However, NIRVC stepped up and replaced the entire Oasis system at their cost. They also performed a second Pre-Delivery Inspection/Service, prep and cleaning. Our second delivery “Launch 2.0” was excellent and we drove the coach home to Colorado. All systems are functioning well and we are enjoying the coach.
