Do you have batteries installed? If you do, are they holding a charge?

Shore power is running the converter/charger, measure the voltage on the batteries while connected. You should see 13.5 or more. If not, the same path that charges the batteries is the path that sends the battery voltage to the rv when unplugged. Find the open fuse, thermal breaker, or battery switch that got bumped.

There is a main dc breaker in your battery compartment. (my 37kt is centered above), It will have a red approx. 1.5" arm, press the trip button and then reset it, I hope this helps.

If you have a 2011, 2012, or 2013 ACE, then you probably have a "RV Customs Products" Battery Control Center (BCC) FW-2050. If you do, you probably need to reset the "CB5" DC circuit breaker in your BCC located under your hood driver side. It is located in the lower left side of the circuit board. There is a small black button on the side of the grey Circuit breaker CB5. Push it in.

FYI This BCC was recalled, make sure the repair was performed on your BCC. Here is a link to a thread.
