No 12 volt power in coach

Has anyone else had this problem? We have a 2005 Fleetwood American Tradition. The problem started with no power at the battery switch inside the door. I replaced the solenoid and Circuit Board inside the BCC as there was low voltage coming out. I then replaced the Main Circuit Board under the bed and the Battery Switch up front. I now have 13 volts running throughout but still no power when I try to use the switch. I also have no generator or electric door lock or slides. When I hold down the generator start switch the whole coach goes dark. If I jumper the breakers to the battery Isolator I can then Start the Generator, use the slides and tbe electric door locks but still have no lights. Any help would be appreciated as I have already spent about 1k in parts.

Measure the house battery voltage. What is it?

It sounds like they are flat thus overloading the charging system and tripping it so it is not charging. If so there are ways to fix that. If not then there are other answers once you define the problem.

The power is not getting from tbe switch to the wiring harness off the main board. Replaced all of that and no change.

The battery voltage is stopping somewhere. If you are getting through the control boards the next place to look is the distribution panel. I'm not sure what Fleetwood uses but it typically is where there is a panel of automotive style fuses.

Is it possible the shutoff switch is wired backwards? Possibly the battery isolated wired incorrectly?

Shutoff switch runs off a telephone style cord. no did not mess with the isolator as it has 13 volts on both sides.

You say if you jumper the breakers for the battery isolator most of your 12 volt stuff works? Are these automatic breakers? If you are not exceeding the current rating of the breakers with out the jumper they would have to be defective as a jumper is basically the same as a breaker without a current limiting feature.however isolators are generally just used for isolating batteries while the engine isn't running.
