No 12v to Slideout Control module

I am fairly new with a 2013 Tuscany 42WX. I cannot get the electric slides to come in. Each slide has a dual synchronous motor controller. Neither controller is getting 12V power.

For the slides to work, the engine has to be running and the hydraulic jack module must be on (at least for the hid slide to work). In this condition, the "ready" light at the slide switches illuminates and the main hydraulic slide functions. However, the electric slides still are not receiving power. I found a 30AMP fuse labeled "slides", but it is fine.

I assume this logic energizes a power relay somewhere, but I have no idea where. These things come with very little useful documentation.

Any ideas of what might be going on? Any ideas on where I can get schematics for the unit?

Was planning to head out this weekend, but guess that's toast.

Thanks

Normally an electric slide will only work if the ignition switch is in the off position. Not sure why you say the engine has to be running?

Argh!!! It was just a fuse. The hard part was that I only looked at fuses labeled "slide". The fuse panel is mis-labeled and the fuse labeled "bedroom lights" actually is the slide.

I did mis-state.... the engine does not have to be running but the ignition has to be on and the hydraulic leveling system has to be turned on for the slid ready light to illuminate. The full length slide is hydraulic and uses the same hydraulic system that the leveling system uses.

Great, glad you got it figured out. Welcome to the forums. For documentation you can go to the Thor site under owners and they have the owners manuals for download. As well you can input the serial number of your unit and they may have the schematics for the wiring as well as plumbing as well as other resources. If they do not have your specific schematics for your unit, you can call Thor and they are more than happy to supply you with them. The link is Motorhome Owner's Links. Also on IRV2 under Owners forums there is a specific forum for Thor Thor Industries Owner's Forum - iRV2 Forums Again welcome.

Thanks Peter! I have the published owners manual, but very little specific data for my coach. I will contact them and get what they have.
