No 30amp service

Have a Automatic Engineering Control Transfer/Surge system AECS/ESP model 10040A mounted in an exterior comp; when plugged into 30amp the visible LED in the box reads NeU. .Works good on 50amp service .Any repair solutions.

I would suspect either your "30A cord" or your "30A to 50A adapter" is bad.
