No backup lights?

Having a problem with backup camera. Purchased a new system and 2 of the three cameras work. Testing the plug in that connects the coach to the camera and discovered the backup light wire does not have power. Switch on and gear shirt in reverse and no back up lights come on. Fuse is fine, where do I go from here? What would power the lights? Workhorse chassis, Vortec 8.1, 08 Suncruiser.

I would use a voltage tester and check all fuses just in case.
