No brake lights or emergency flashers

99 dutch star dp. turn signals work only when the emergency flasher switch is in on position brake lights don't work and turn signals dont work when e flasher switch is off have tried every thing all fuses good all flashers good all relays good any help appreciated

Well we will follow as this morning we hookjed up and did light check
No turn signal no flashers but I left the flasdher button on, door some reason I tilted the wheel straight up and the flashers can join. Checked the turn signals and all good. So our guess is something in the smart wheel or steering. Column needs attention
