No DC in coach

Found main switch off. So the charger was off. Will the charger build the batteries back up now that is turn on. Do I need to take them and have them charger

Should have said also have 4-12 volt batteries and they are dead as a door nail

Some inverter/chargers (if that's what you have) require minimal voltage to start the charge cycle. I would suggest you buy a good ole battery charger to keep on board in case your onboard charger fails. Just hook it to the proper terminals and plug it in.

Do i need to shut the charger down in the coach before i put the other charger on

Using two chargers should not be a problem; but if the batteries were totally discharged, they will probably need to be replaced.
