Harbor Freight sells a cheap fiberglass wire pull that screws together, making about ten feet. You can add two together. I would tried and feed the above or some other flexible item through the duct. Monaco did not duct between the beams. In your in floor ducting is exactly that ducting (rectangular). On my previous coach, 2005 Monaco, I used to tie a damp towel to a rod and run it the length of the ducts to clean out dirt and debris every few years.

Put the vac hose in the vent in the bath or bedroom then stuff some rags or something around it to seal off the vent. Remove the hose on the vac and put it on the outlet so that it now blows air out, then check back at your furnace to see if the air is being pushed thru. You may need to check the other outlets as you do this to see if air is blowing out of them, if so tape over them so the air has no other place to go but back to the furnace. Also the amount of airflow at the furnace could tell if there is a partial obstruction.

I will give this a try and see what happens. My idea now is to insert the endoscope camera into an piece of 3/8" pex pipe. Maybe even attach a small flashlight to the end as the camera led lights only light up inches from the lens.
This may only work in the straight main duct but it's a start.

Tried this in the beginning except I used the furnace as the blower. Sealing off all ducts.

No heat in bath or bedroom

So I have the same issue very little air flow to both areas I did have a mouse nest in the furnace duct bought the same endoscope but couldn't see anything
not a great tool I hooked up shop vac at one end and stuck a plug in leaf blower in the front vent the vents are only 1 inch high x 6 inch wide I got a lot of wood scraps from the routing of the furnace duct holes thanks to Monaco
but I do have air flow to the bed and bath one more thing I took a acceses Panel door thing off and that's where the bath round duct is hooked up planing some more exploratory work good luck

Thanks
I was working on it today actually. I tried a few different things. Pex pipe attached to camera (no luck as pex wouldn't bend inside the floor register). The an electricians fish tape (again no luck as it was getting stuck when it touched the sides of the square duct which seems to be sealed with black silicone). Then I tried the endoscope again. Seems there is a lot of spray foam in the ducts...
You mentioned an access panel!!! Where? Mine seems to be all rectangle ducts except the one that runs directly from the furnace to the register under the sink which is above floor.
I don't have an electric leaf blower but my gas one will be getting a try

Leaf Blowers, Shop Vacs, fish tapes and endoscopes. Nothing has worked but the camera did show me some spray foam in the ductwork where it shouldn't be. So low and behold I am frustrated enough to start ripping up the floor.
As you can see in the pictures looks like some floor repairs we made by previous owner. Looks like the remains of water damage. Probebly a leaking toilet. No dark rot. Just some OSB sheeting that flakes apart when you touch it.
No rest for the wicked. Looks like I have now open a can of worms now. Oh boy......
