First clean your battery posts and cable connections, even if they look clean. I have had this happen mid-trip, pull in for something to eat and engine won't turn over. Your lights and radio don't take much juice to run them...but it takes a lot to turn your engine over. If it still doesn't start make sure your battery is good, tested with a load (you can take it to the auto store if you don't own a battery tester). Multimeter only checks the voltage with no load applied. If that doesn't work, check for a blown fuse. I would do these steps before you start ripping things out and replacing parts.
