no power inside

Hi all my 1997 thor hurricane has no 12 volt power from batteries but the batteries are fully charged when plugged to shore power everything works fine. The thing that's weird is when plugged in to shore power the house batteries are not being charged. Any help would be great Thanks in advance

Make sure all your 12 volt fuses are good and that the breakers have not tripped when you hooked to shore power.

Sounds like a break in the circuit between your converter/charger and the battery (s). Use a test light or voltmeter to trace the circuit.

Here is info on how your power systems are set up in your coach.
Your sure your battery cut off is ON so converter can charge your batteries.
If your reading that your batteries are fully charged it maybe the converter charging voltage your reading.
