Propane will be shut off if power is out from the house batteries. You say you have 'no power or propane.' Do you mean all 12 v power? Have you checked that the battery disconnect switch is on? If it is, try tapping on the battery cables at the battery posts to make sure they have a good connection.

If your LP detector has no power, then it's possible that it controls a 12V solenoid to shut off LP when it loses power. Safety reasons.
Are you plugged into shore power?

Still not clear as to what power. 12 v house, 12 v chassis (engine) 120 v shore power, 120 v generator power.

Sounds like your house batteries may be dead. Things would work while driviing by juice from your alternater. They would also work while plugged into shore power.

On my Georgetown, the propane and steps are on seperate lines and fuses from the rest of the 12v system, so they would work if the fuses to the rest of the system were blown as long as the batteries have juice. .

You MAY be able to fire up the gen with engine running, but not certain.

Batteries just don't FREEZE and then unfreeze when in warmer weather and become "good" all of a sudden.

Lead acid batteries only freeze when they are dead. If the batteries did freeze it may have cracked the case and will start to leak when it thaws out. I would get the batteries checked ASAP. You can buy a hydrometer (about $10) at an auto parts store and do it yourself. I bet it was an uncomfortable night. Hope you didn't run out of beer!
