No power to coach

Today we moved our MH, Tiffin 2014 RED 33AA, out of our garage to exercise the generator and install a sound bar on the bedroom TV. We raised the levels while connected to power (30A), disconnected the power and started the MH. We then started the generator, turned on both AC, backed the MH out about 30 feet, tested the satellite, installed the sound bar raised the levels and drove the MH into the garage. While the generator was still on we leveled the MH. Turned off everything and stopped the generator. We then connected to our 30A shore power. The Progressive EMS shows good power (118) on line 1 and 2 and no errors. Normally we hear a loud pop when the EMS completes the checking process but this time the pop was barely noticeable. The control panel indicates DC off. I tried turning it on but no luck. Unplugged and tried again but still no power to the MH. Also discovered the solar shade is not working, but I don't think that has anything to do with the power problem.
What should we start checking first? I haven't taken the cover off the transfer switch? box but since we didn't hear the normal loud pop, we were wondering if that might be the starting point.

Any and all help appreciated.

Thanks,
Robert & Evelyn

Thanks. Went out this morning and gave the transfer box a couple of wacks with a rubber hammer. Don't know if that did anything but when I plugged in to power all is now working. I guess that defines my mechanical abilities. Always carry a rubber hammer. However, I don't think the rubber hammer will work on my solar shade problem.
