No power to starter Relay, not the Allison Push Button Shift pad?

I have a 1995 Holiday Rambler LE Diesel Pusher. Occasionally, I would get a click on the starter solenoid when trying to crank the unit. It may click several times before it would start. I parked the MH a month back, and went out to perform my monthly start on it, and this time, there's no start, no click on the solenoid, and no power to the Allison Shift pad? Would anyone have any idea what to look for, or perhaps know where to find wiring diagrams for the unit? I did have the starter tested, and its being rebuilt today. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Find the TCM which is likely clise to the trans...check the connectors.

Sounds like cortoded connections.
