No turn signals

Hello everyone. I have a new problem with my 1996 southwind storm on an F53 chassis. When I turn on the side marker lights or the headlights my turn signals stop working. I've replaced the flasher relay, turn signal/emergency flasher assembly on the steering column to no avail.
Thanks

I think the signals are finding a ground thru the other lights. When you turn them on, the ground path is lost.

Odd that it happens on right and left though.

Check the grounds at the lights and make sure the correct bulbs are in the sockets.

Twin boat thank you. You were right. I replaced my front turn signals that were burnt out with led lights and as soon as I disconnected them everything worked right. Now my next question is how can I hook up the leds?

If the LEDs function as both parking and turn signal, you will need to put a diode in line to prevent feeding back through all the other lights.

I have a drawing that I did if I can find it.

Found it:
