No Water into Tecma Silence Plus Toilet

We have a new Itasca Ellipse 42QD with a bath and a half. After two months of operation the aft toilet's inlet water quit running, although the pump runs to empty the bowl when the wall-mounted button is pressed. The water pressure internal to the coach is normal, and the other toilet works fine which eliminates a water source issue I expect. Anyone have a similar experience? We may simply have a failed toilet controller or water solenoid.

I have a 2012 Itasca Ellipse 42QD and fortunately have been able to fix a couple of small problems myself. Call Winnebago Owner relations at 800-537-1885 with your Coach stock number and they should be able to help you. They like you to take it to one of their authorized dealers, but I was a long ways from one with a thermostat problem and the tech broke with policy and sent me a new one under warranty and I replaced it myself. Call early in the morning for quicker service. Good luck.

CW found the issue to be caused by sawdust plugging the water inlet solenoid, likely introduced into the water tank during construction of the coach. Easily cleaned out, water line flushed out, and now working again.

Glad it was an easy fix; thanks for reporting back!
